Step-1: Applicants need to fill in the Application Form Online by entering their personal details, address, academic details etc. Applicants need to upload scanned Images of their Color Photograph, Signature, Mark sheet, Admit Card (Madhyamik or equivalent examination as proof of age), Cast Certificate (if applicable) etc. The scanned images should be in jpg / jpeg format only. Size of the Photo can be minimum 10 KB or maximum 100 KB. Size of the Signature can be minimum 8 KB or maximum 50 KB. Size of the other documents can be minimum 50 KB or maximum 200 KB.
Step-2: Once course applied successfully, a unique Application Number will be generated automatically. Applicant should have to note and preserve the Application Number carefully for further process. Applicants should review the application carefully before clicking "Submit" button to apply for a course. Once application is submitted there is no scope of updating of any details.
Step-3: Now, Applicants need to click "Upload Documents" button to upload your required documents. You need not to pay Application Fee as per Govt. Order.
This system will remain open for 5th Phase online form submission from 3rd December 2020, 4.00 PM to 10th December 2020, 4.00 PM. Provisional Merit List will be published on 11th December 2020. Applicants are advised to provide a valid mobile number and email id, so that college may communicate the Applicants, if required. Applicants are requested to visit the Applicant Panel frequently for getting admission related notices, information, payment status etc.
Applicant must preserve the Application No for future references like admission. Applicants who will not be able to refer the Application No. cannot be entitled for any communications.
Important Instructions : Applicant has to produce the print out of the Application Form (Two copies) along with testimonials (Original & photocopies) and e-receipt at the time of e-verification, if short listed. Applicants are not required to submit any documents to the college either by post or by any other person. Applicant must preserve the Application No. for future references like admission. Applicants who will not be able to refer the Application No. cannot be entitled for any further communications.
If at any stage of the admission process, marks or any information entered in online application system is found incorrect the application will be rejected and no claims of repayment of application fees will be entertained.
